New Name of CompanyThe name of the real estate investment trust (the "Trust") will be changed from "CROMWELL EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST" to "STONEWEG EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST" w.e.f. 2 January 2025. The name of the Manager will be changed from "CROMWELL EREIT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD." to "STONEWEG EREIT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD." w.e.f. 2 January 2025.
Additional TextAccordingly, the new security name "STONEWEG EUROPEAN REIT", the new trading name in EUR "Stoneweg Reit EUR", and the new trading name in SGD "Stoneweg Reit SGD" will be reflected on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited w.e.f. 2 January 2025. The existing trading counter codes issued by SGX-ST of the Trust will remain unchanged.
