Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Yap Aik Fan Brendan ("Mr Yap") has tendered his resignation as the Group Finance Director of the Company to take up a new professional appointment with another company. Mr Yap is currently serving his notice period and will work with the Board and the Company to facilitate an orderly transition and handover of his duties before his cessation.

The Company has commenced the process of identifying a suitable finance personnel. The Board is also considering the engagement of appropriate external professional service providers, on an interim basis, to support the Company's finance, accounting, corporate administration and regulatory-compliance functions.

Mr Yap has confirmed that there are no concerns regarding financial reporting that led to his resignation, and there are no disagreements between him and the Board of Directors of the Company regarding any practices that would have an impact on the financial reporting of the Company or the Group.

Having interviewed Mr Yap and to the best of its knowledge, the Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Yap as the Group Finance Director of the Company.
