DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBSH") wishes to announce that voluntary liquidation proceedings have commenced for its following indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries:

(a) North Star 75 Limited; and
(b) South Star 66 Limited.

The abovenamed are entities incorporated in Hong Kong, and are no longer required.

The liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on DBSH's financial position for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
