The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed and considered Ms Tan San Yen's qualifications and working experience and is satisfied that she has the necessary qualifications and experience to carry out the duties as the Joint Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Texas Chicken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group.
