IENOVA ANNOUNCES THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERMEDIATION AGREEMENT


Mexico City, November 1, 2018 In connection with the fund to purchase the company s own shares in the terms provided in Article 56, Section IV of the Stock Market Law, approved by the general shareholders meeting, on July 14, 2018, (the Share Purchase Program ), Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V., ( IEnova ), informs that today it entered into an agreement with J.P. Morgan Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., J.P. Morgan Grupo Financiero ( JP Morgan ), in which it appoints J.P. Morgan as its agent for the Share Purchase Program, under the provisions of the non-discretionary, intermediation agreement it executed with that said institution.
