Pursuant to Regulations 30, 33, 52 and 54 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule 111 thereof and further to our letters Sc nos. 16972 and 16983 dated October 13, 2022 and October 20, 2022, respectively, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Tata Motors Limited ('the Company') at its Meeting held today, i.e., November 9, 2022 has, inter alia, approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditor's Report and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report, for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. The said Financial Results and the Reports are attached herewith. Also enclosed herewith a copy of the Press Release with regard to the said Financial Results and the Reports for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.
