This replacement announcement ("Replacement Announcement") replaces the Company's announcement dated 26 February 2026 (Announcement Reference: SG260226OTHR730J) and the corrigendum announcement dated 27 February 2026 (Announcement Reference: SG260227OTHR082U) to amend the amount at risk in respect to the proposed Share Charge in paragraph 4, along with consequential changes in line with the disclosure requirements in Chapter 10 of the Catalist Rules, as disclosed in paragraphs 2.12, 3.2, 5.3, 8.2, 10, 12 and 13 of the Replacement Announcement.
