Mr Justin Marco Gabbani, Chairperson and director of Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte Ltd ("Manager"), will be stepping down as Chairperson and director of the Manager as he is leaving Lendlease Group, the holding company of the Manager. Mr Gabbani will step down from his role as Chairperson and director of the Manager effective 30 June 2026, as he will be leaving the Lendlease Group to pursue an external opportunity.

Mr Gabbani has served on the Board since October 2021 and, during his tenure, has played a significant role in guiding the strategic direction, governance and growth of the Manager and Lendlease Global Commercial REIT.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr Gabbani for his leadership and invaluable contributions to the Manager and the Company throughout his years of service and wish him every success in his next chapter.
