Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved re-appointment of Ms Vedika Bhandarkar (DIN: 00033808) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the second consecutive term of 5 years, i.e., from June 26, 2024 to June 25, 2029 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of shareholders of the Company by way of a Special Resolution.
