Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 19 May 2020 (the
Announcement ) in respect of the Concurrent Offer to Purchase. Capitalized terms
used in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the
Announcement.
The Maximum Acceptance Amount will be US$120 million, although the Company
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept significantly more than or
significantly less than the Maximum Acceptance Amount, or to accept none of such
2020 Notes, for purchase pursuant to the Concurrent Offer to Purchase.
The Company will make a further announcement in respect of the results of the
Concurrent Offer to Purchase in due course.
