Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Board of Directors of Southern Packaging Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to provide an update to shareholders of the Company on the status of the Group's business operations.

Towards the end of May 2021, some COVID-19 cases were reported in Guangzhou and Foshan (Nanhai district). The local government authorities have immediately implemented lockdown measures on those affected areas to prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 virus. Our flexible production facilities are in the Nanhai district. However, the Group has implemented prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of our staff and workforce and our production facilities are presently able to maintain normal daily operations.
