Dr Trefzger is a Founder and Chairman of Larix Equity AG since July 2022 and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Accelleron Industries AG, Switzerland and easyJet plc, United Kingdom.

Dr Trefzger was formerly a Chief Executive Officer of Kuehne + Nagel International AG, for nine years from August 2013 to July 2022, and has acted as an Executive Vice President of Contract Logistics from March 2013 to May 2015. Prior to that, Dr Trefzger had spent fifteen years at DB Schenker in various executive positions, including as Executive Vice President of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Dr Trefzger has spent his previous business life with both, Siemens AG, Germany and the consulting firm Roland Berger & Partner.

With his extensive background in logistics and supply chain industry, his expertise will bring added value and synergy to the present Board, enhance and complement the existing competencies and skills within the Board.

The Board has approved the appointment of Dr Detlef Trefzger as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company after having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and having reviewed his experience and skillset of Dr Trefzger.
