Mr. Domenico Fuda will step down as Board member of Hong Leong Bank Berhad ("HLB") with effect from 1 January 2017 in line with Bank Negara Malaysia Policy Document on Corporate Governance to have only one Executive Director on the Board. Mr. Domenico Fuda's corporate designation will remain as Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (non-Board member) after he steps down from the Board of HLB.
