In this regard, we would like to inform you that: the Company had received CCI approval for the Scheme and the transactions contemplated thereunder on June 3, 2026; and the Swap Transaction has been completed on July 31, 2026. The effectiveness of the Scheme remains subject to fulfilment of other conditions precedent as set out in the Scheme. Further, the ESOP Swap Transaction as contemplated under Clause 2.4.2 of the Scheme has also been completed on July 31, 2026.
