Mr. Tan Wai Hong ("Mr. Tan"), a substantial shareholder of the Company who is deemed interested in 4,686,000 shares in the Company (representing 11.0% of the share capital of the Company), is currently the IT Manager of the Company.

Pursuant to the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board of Directors has reviewed the performance of Mr. Tan and approved his promotion as Chief Technology Officer of the Company after considering his capability and contributions to the Company. His promotion will take effect on 1 January 2024.
