We had, in the earlier communication dated 31.08.2015, informed the exchange that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank would be held on 29.09.2015.

Further, we had, vide our communication dated 01.11.2015, informed the Exchange about the Relevant Date, Issue Price for the proposed issue of equity shares to the Government of India by way of Preferential Allotment.

We have finalized the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank duly signed by the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.
