Results along with Limited Review Report thereon, for the third quarter and nine months ended ended December 31, 2023.The aforesaid Financial Results and Reports are enclosed herewith. Also, enclosed herewith a copy of the Press Release with regard to the aforesaid Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2023.The above information is being made available on the Company s website at www.tatamotors.com.
