HC Surgical Specialists Limited (the "Company") was incorporated on 1 September 2015 in Singapore and listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 3 November 2016. The Company, its subsidiaries and associated company are a medical services group primarily engaged in the provision of endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopies and colonoscopies, and general surgery services with a focus on colorectal procedures across a network of 16 clinics located throughout Singapore.

Ms. Cai Ting Ting has relinquished her position as Chief Nursing Officer of the Company, but will remain in the Group and will be re-designated as Senior Nurse Executive with effect from 15 November 2021, further to her request to reduce her current work commitments for personal reasons.

After having interviewed Ms. Cai Ting Ting and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the re-designation of Ms. Cai Ting Ting as Senior Nurse Executive of the Company.
