Due to increased commitment on existing Directorships with other SGX Listed companies which requires much more concentration and focus.

The Sponsor, after interviewing Mr. Joel Leong Kum Hoe, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Joel Leong Kum Hoe as CFO of the company.

The company is in the process of finding a replacement for the position of CFO and will make the necessary announcement when a suitable candidate is found. Mr Joel Leong is appointed as the advisor to the Group to see through the financial year end closing until end of February 2020.
