Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below)
SGX Stock Exchange congratulates Ambiq Micro, Inc. (Ambiq) on its successful secondary listing on Mainboard under the stock code "AMQ". Ambiq is primarily listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AMBQ).

Ambiq is a technology leader in ultra-low power semiconductor solutions for edge AI. Founded in 2010, Ambiq is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and operates its regional research, development and engineering hub in Singapore. Its technology enables artificial intelligence to run on compact, battery-powered devices, serving customers across the consumer, industrial, healthcare and smart-environment sectors. The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore have supported Ambiq since 2018 through EDBI, the global investment firm operating under their investment platform SG Growth Capital.

Fumihide Esaka, CEO, Ambiq, said, "Our listing on SGX marks another important milestone in Ambiq's journey as a global public company. Singapore has played a meaningful role in our growth for many years, serving as a key hub for our R&D and engineering activities and connecting us with customers, partners, and talent across Asia. We are grateful to SGX for its support and look forward to strengthening our presence in the region while creating long-term value for our customers, shareholders, employees, and partners."

Pol de Win, Head of Global Sales and Origination, SGX Group, said, "For companies with a growing footprint in Asia, aligning their capital markets presence with where they invest, innovate and grow can be a strategic advantage. Combining a listing in the US with a listing on SGX allows Ambiq to keep capital flowing around the clock. By doing this, Ambiq can tap into Asia's deep pool of investors as it expands its operations and R&D activities in Singapore. It is a natural step for companies to build a capital markets strategy that supports where their business growth is taking place."
