SBS Transit Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Lim Tien Hock, currently CEO, Bus Business and a Non-Independent Executive Director of the Company, will be moving on from his position to pursue new opportunities, with effect from 20 June 2025.

Mr Lim's responsibilities will be assumed by the Group CEO.

The Board expresses its appreciation to Mr. Lim for his contributions to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
