IENOVA INFORMS ON THE AMORTIZATION IN FULL BY PAYMENT AT MATURITY OF THE NOTES (CERTIFICADOS BURS TILES) IDENTIFIED WITH TICKER IENOVA 13 (FORMERLY SEMPRA 13)

Mexico City, February 2, 2023 Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("IEnova" and/or the "Company"), informs that today, it carried out the amortization in full by payment at maturity with respect to 39 000,000 (thirty-nine million) notes (certificados burs tiles) for a principal amount of $3,900 000,000.00 (three thousand nine hundred million Pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) plus interest, for an amount of $124 215,000.00 (one hundred twenty-four million two hundred and fifteen thousand Pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency), which correspond to the first issuance identified with ticker IENOVA 13 (formerly SEMPRA 13) (the "Issuance") under a placement program, established by Ienova, for the issuance of notes (certificados burs tiles) for an amount of up to $12,800 000,000.00.00 M.N. (twelve thousand eight hundred million Pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) or its equivalent in Mexican Inflation Units (Unidades de Inversi n).

Additionally, on the date hereof, a certain derivatives financial instruments hired by IEnova in connection with the Issuance were settled.
