1. The Trust Certificates will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 11 September 2014.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are ' PerPenSBSN4.35%240910A ' and ' PPSB24A ' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567PAC41.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are ' PerPenSBSN4.35%240910R ' and ' PPSB24R ' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567RAC07.

The letter "R" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Regulation S. The letter "A" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Rule 144A.
