Fraser and Neave, Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that F&N Creameries (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd ("FNCSW") has been dissolved through a members' voluntary winding up. FNCSW is an indirect wholly-owned dormant Malaysia subsidiary of F&N Foods Pte Ltd ("FNF"). FNF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

The dissolution of FNCSW is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible asset value per share or earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the current financial year ending 30 September 2020.

Save for their interests in the Company, none of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in FNCSW.
