On July 26, 2022, the Company cancelled a total principal amount of US$30,000,000 of the August 2019 Notes it repurchased in July 2022.

On August 2022, the Company repurchased a total principal amount of US$20,000,000 of the August 2019 Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the August 2019 Notes, representing 13.3% of the original issue size of the August 2019 Notes.

On August 2, 2022 and August 5, 2022, cancellation of the repurchased August 2019 Notes in a total principal amount of US$20,000,000 was completed by the Company. After cancellation of the above repurchased August 2019 Notes, the principal amount of the August 2019 Notes that remains outstanding is US$100,000,000.
