The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSD"), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released a Notification in respect of BSD's plan to conduct the capital increase without pre-emptive rights by the issue of new shares ("Notification").
