Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The adoption of the Share Buy-Back Mandate was approved by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 October 2017.

As at 27 October 2017, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 41,045,716 ordinary shares (excluding 55,500 treasury shares and nil subsidiary holdings) prior to the bonus issue exercise.

Pursuant to the bonus issue exercise completed on 9 November 2017, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 82,091,432 ordinary shares (excluding 111,000 treasury shares and nil subsidiary holdings).
