On November 4, 2022, the Company repurchased a total principal amount of US$50,000,000 of the December 2019 Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the December 2019 Notes, representing 50% of the original issue size of the December 2019 Notes.

On November 24, 2022, cancellation of the repurchased December 2019 Notes in a total principal amount of US$50,000,000 was completed by the Company. After cancellation of the above repurchased December 2019 Notes, the principal amount of the December 2019 Notes that remains outstanding is US$50,000,000.
