As you are aware, Mercator Petroleum Ltd. (MPL), one of the subsidiaries of the Company has been awarded 2 oil blocks in Cambay Basin under NELP VII by Government of India.

We are pleased to inform you that MPL made an oil discovery in its second well Jyoti-2, Block CB-ONN-2005/9 of Cambay Basin, India. Attached herewith is a copy of media release in this regard for your information and record.
