GC Treasury Center Company Limited (the Company) refers to the USD300,000,000 5.200% Senior Notes Due 2052 which were issued in March 2022 by GC Treasury Center Company Limited and were fully, irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (the "Notes").

The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has repurchased and cancelled a principal amount of USD4,157,000 of the Notes from the open market.

As of June 28, 2023, there was USD270,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
