Mr. Xu Yufeng (Xu Yu Feng, Steven) has resigned to pursue other career opportunities.

Pursuant to mutual agreement with the Company, Mr. Xu Yufeng's last day of employment with the Company will be 30 April 2026. The Company is currently searching for a suitable replacement and will make the relevant announcement in due course. In the interim, Mr. Xu Yufeng will ensure a proper handover of his duties to Mr. Chiu Hau Shun, Simon, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Mr. Lai Kam Lung, Danny, the Chief Technology Officer of the Company on an interim basis until a suitable replacement is found.
