| Additional Text | Ascott Residence Trust's ("ART") distribution of 1.052 Singapore cents per Stapled Security (estimated) in ART stock counter for the period from 1 July 2022 to 23 August 2022 comprising: |
| Additional Text | (1) taxable income distribution of 0.1310 Singapore cents per Stapled Security;
(2) tax-exempt income component of 0.3360 Singapore cents per Stapled Security; and
(3) capital component of 0.5850 Singapore cents per Stapled Security. |
| Taxation Conditions | Tax will be deducted at source from the taxable income component in certain circumstances. |
| Additional Text | A further announcement on the actual quantum of the distribution per Stapled Security (which may differ from the estimated above) under the Advanced Distribution will be made by the Managers in due course.
