Ms Eu Chin Fen will be stepping down as the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("FHAM") and Frasers Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("FHTM"), the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("FH-REIT") and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust ("FH-BT") respectively (collectively, the "Managers"), as part of succession planning and leadership renewal. Ms Eu Chin Fen will be assuming wider responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality, a strategic business unit of Frasers Property Limited from 1 February 2023.

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall business, investment and operational strategies of Frasers Hospitality Trust ("FHT"), FH-REIT and FH-BT.
