We wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee of the Company as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, has at its meeting held today, i.e., October 15, 2024, approved allotment of 1,07,653 Ordinary Shares of the face value of 2 each fully paid under the Scheme to the eligible employees pursuant to exercise of 93,190 Performance Share Units and 14,463 stock options at an exercise price of 2 and 338 per share, respectively.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Ordinary Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 7,36,22,45,745 divided into 3,68,08,84,120 Ordinary Shares of 2 each to 7,36,24,61,051 divided into 3,68,09,91,773 Ordinary Shares of 2 each (considering the amount of subscribed share capital
plus shares forfeited less calls in arrears).
