We refer to the intimation made to the Stock Exchanges on 11th June, 2018 regarding commencement of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and appointment of Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) and would further like to inform you that the First meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) was conducted on 6th July, 2018 to provide business update and discussion on the appointment of Mr. Anuj Jain as a Resolution Professional of Videocon Industries Limited (the Company ).

In this connection, we wish to inform you that Mr. Anuj Jain (IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00142/2017-18/10306) has been appointed as a Resolution Professional of Company by the CoC on 10th July, 2018.
