Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is an update to the Company's response to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") query on 17 July 2014 in connection with the unusual volume movements of the Company's shares on 17 July 2014.

Subsequent to the response to the SGX-ST query, the Company received a letter from Gazelle Capital Pte Ltd, a substantial shareholder of the Company informing the Company that "we are in discussions regarding a transaction which may or may not result in an offer for the shares of the Company. Discussions remain very preliminary and there is no firm intention at the moment, nor is there any assurance that the transaction will proceed or at all."

Other than set out above, the Company is not aware of any other possible explanation for the unusual volume movements of the Company's shares on 17 July 2014.
