WLB Asset II C Pte. Ltd. (the "Issuer") wishes to announce that the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds of US$25,116,983 outstanding as at 23 December 2025, being the Maturity Date, have been fully redeemed by the Issuer on 23 December 2025.

Following the redemption, the Bonds have been cancelled in their entirety and will be subsequently delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
