The wholly-owned subsidiary company of the Company Shenzhen China Merchants Properties and Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Merchants Properties ) plans to sign the Land Use Right Confirmation Contract with the substantial shareholder of the Company China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shekou Indsutrial Zone ), purchasing the land use right of the block with the number of 2014-003-0005 of Sea World Block from Shekou Industrial Zone. The total block transfer area is 6999.03 square meters, the building area is 6299.00 square meters, and the block total transaction price is RMB 79.04 million Yuan.
