Attached is BPI s submission of its amended 2022 Integrated Report which is a required annex to Form SEC17A for December 31, 2022 to the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The amended 2022 Integrated Report includes the following updates: addition of hyperlinks for convenient navigation, adjustment in pagination and formatting, correction of typographical errors, and minor tweaks to the graphic design and photos.

All other contents remain the same as the original submission.

These attachments supersede those contained in the previous disclosure posted on April 17, 2023.
