ZICO Holdings Inc. (the "Company") was listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") on 11 November 2014. The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the Sponsor").

The Board considered and accepted the Nominating Committee's recommendation to appoint Dato' Thambynathan Jasudasen as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, after reviewing his curriculum vitae, qualifications and working experience.

The Board believes that Dato' Thambynathan Jasudasen has the qualification and experiences to act in the appointed capacity and contribute towards the core competencies of the Board.

Dato' Thambynathan Jasudasen is a Singapore diplomat who retired from full-time diplomacy in September 2014 after 37 years of government service.

He continues with his diplomatic work as the Non-Resident Ambassador of Singapore to Ethiopia and the Singapore Representative to the African Union.

He has served in a number of countries and international organisations and has hands-on experience working in all ten ASEAN countries in addition to experience in New York and Europe.

He was Ambassador to France from 1997 to 2004, Myanmar from 2004 to 2006, Malaysia from 2006 to 2011 and High Commissioner to the United Kingdom from 2011 to 2014.

His other experience with international organisations includes the United Nations in New York (1979-1981) where he worked on legal and non-legal issues such as the sixth (legal) committee, the Law of the Sea and the question of Cambodia. In Paris, he liaised with UNESCO and the OECD. In London, he sat on the Board of Governors (BOG) of the Commonwealth Organisation (2011-2014) including a term in the Executive Committee of the BOG.

In recognition of his services, he has received several Singapore and foreign decorations. He received a Datoship (DSAP) from HRH the Sultan of Pahang, Malaysia. He is an Officer of the "Legion d'Honneur" and a "Commandeur of the Palmes Academiques" from France. He is one of three Singaporeans to have received the "Freedom of the City of London". In 1990 The Singapore Government awarded him a Silver Public Administration Medal PPA(P) and a Gold Medal PPA(E) in 2011, as well as a long service medal (PBS) in 2002.
