Mr. Simon is stepping down from his role as Chief Business Officer of the Company as he intends to take a break for personal reasons. Mr. Simon will retain a part-time role in the Company for an interim period to facilitate smooth handover to the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Simon as Chief Business Officer of the Company.
