The board of directors (the "Board") of Fung Choi Media Group Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 8 September 2014 in relation to the Company's request for a trading halt.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has requested an extension of the trading halt up to 5 p.m. on 12 September 2014 (Friday), in order to facilitate the Company to make the information discovery and ongoing negotiations as referred to in the announcement made concurrently today, 11 September 2014.
