1. The Trust Certificates will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 30 March 2016.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'Perusaha TC3.4%210329A' and 'PERTC21A' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567PAE07.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'Perusaha TC3.4%210329R' and 'PERTC21R' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567RAE62.

The letter "R" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Regulation S. The letter "A" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Rule 144A.
