We wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") held today i.e. Monday, 8th May 2023, the Board has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023. The said audited standalone and consolidated financial results were
reviewed by the Audit Committee before approval by the Board.

We would like to further inform you that the Board has recommended dividend of 500% i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share on equity shares of Rs.2/- each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
