Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that today i.e. October 31, 2017, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ( the Company ), has issued and allotted 1428844 (Fourteen Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Four only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 85,16,19,968 divided into 42,58,09,984 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.
