Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Gan Fong Jek ("Mr. Gan"), who is due to retire by rotation pursuant to the Company's Constitution, has indicated that he will not seek re-election at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 28 April 2026 ("2025 AGM") as he would like to focus on his other principal commitments. Following the retirement, Mr. Gan will retire as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company upon the conclusion of the AGM.

The Company's Sponsor, after having interviewed Mr. Gan, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Gan as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Company expresses its gratitude towards Mr. Gan for his valuable contributions during his tenure of service.

The Company will be assessing suitable candidates to filI the vacancy in the Board Committees within 2 months, and in any case, no later than 3 months, to comply with Rule 704(7) of the Catalist Rules and the Companies Act.
