Datin Paduka Sarena Cheah Yean Tih ("Datin Paduka Sarena Cheah") was nominated as a Director of Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Manager") by Sunway RE Capital Pte. Ltd. pursuant to its right as a shareholder of the Manager. Consequential to Sunway RE Capital Pte. Ltd. ceasing as a shareholder of the Manager by its sale and transfer of its shares in the Manager to Elite Partners Holdings Pte. Ltd., Datin Paduka Sarena Cheah has tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company.
