Further to the Previous Announcement, the Issuer attaches for information, an announcement released on SGXNet by Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("ThaiBev") on 20 September 2024 titled "Completion of the Proposed Share Swap".

As announced by ThaiBev on 20 September 2024, completion of the Proposed Transaction has taken place following approval of shareholders at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 September 2024.
