The Issuer has today issued a conversion notice in respect of the Bonds (the Conversion Notice ) in accordance with the Trust Deed pursuant to which the Issuer has elected to convert not more than 35.8% of the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds, other than those held by the Successor Trustee, into Trust Units (the Conversion ) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
