Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Tong Yew Heng will retire as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and step down as Executive Director of NetLink NBN Management Pte. Ltd. (as trustee-manager of NetLink NBN Trust) (the "Trustee-Manager") on 31 March 2027 as part of the Trustee-Manager's leadership succession planning.

Low Ka Hoe, who will be appointed CEO-Designate with effect from 10 November 2026, will succeed Tong Yew Heng as CEO of the Trustee-Manager with effect from 1 April 2027. On 1 April 2027, Low Ka Hoe will also be appointed to the Board as an Executive Director.
